    • Pam, Many thanks for your correction. My bad is all the more severe since I googled the term for the correct spelling before publishing my post. Apparently, there's a number of us out there...

    • Alas, SAG seems suicidal - it's working on a very old paradigm & refuses to wake up to the new digital era! (P.S. it's "Sturm und Drang" German for "Storm and...

Although I have had a profile on Ryze and Linkedin for a while, I have no real interest in social networks like My Space and Facebook. • Hey I just got an email saying you're following me on Twitter (no one else does but then that's probably because I don't post much to Twitter) so I thought I'd return the follow and post a comment here at your blog (this post was looking a little lonely so I thought I'd give it a comment for a companion)

I'm psyched to see a fellow member of the bar online. It's especially cool that you seem to represent the smaller guys and not the giant media conglomerates. It's also cool that you're blogging more the negotiations/deal-making/transactional end of things rather than the litigation side of things.

If you get deeper into all things web 2.0 you will probably encounter Spock.com and Ziki.com. If you want an invite to Spock, drop me a comment at my blog and I'll email you one (I have a bunch of them available).

Ziki.com is nice in that you can post all of the Web 2.0 things you are signed up for to one site and both you and others can keep track of your web presence. I actually prefer it to Spock, which is more of a weird hybrid of a search engine for people combined with the ability for others to add delete and vote on your profile (it's sort of like Wikipedia with voting). As far as attorneys go, I think Spock is a giant lawsuit waiting to happen and have repeatedly warned one of its cofounders of that fact, but so far he's not seeing my point. Sigh.

Oh well nice to see you here in the blogosphere.
